Caro Rich is a medium sized yellow beefsteak salad tomato with full sweet flavour, low in acid. It has smooth skin and no problems with cracking. This tomato was selected by plant breeder Alan Kapular and is reputed to have ten times as much beta carotene as most other tomatoes and as much Vitamin A as a carrot. Average 25 seeds per packet
