Vicia faba Named after George Bowland and sourced from the Heritage seed Library. Has very long pods with up to twelve beans in them. Sow seeds 15cm apart in double rows 90cm apart, in March, harvest from June fresh. Dried beans can be harvested as soon as the pods dry out.
