Mibuna

Brassica rapa var. niposinica This Japanese vegetable has strap-like leaves that can be used for salads or cooked. Mibuna can be planted in early spring for early leaves but is probably most useful sown in late summer for a winter crop as it is pretty hardy. It tends to bolt in hot weather.
