Definitely worth it if you want to dry beans October 23, 2016

I have been experimenting for about 3 years now for a borlotti type bean that will grow in co galway.  This was my first success outside.  Great bean - tolerated wet and slugs and produced well.  It says it is a tall bean but although most of the plants put one climbing shoot up the poles most of the beans cropped at the bottom and were sometimes prey to snails and slugs and damp in the foliage.  The bean is delicious!
